If you have a technical malfunction in your rented accommodation, you can report it online to Homelets via your personal tenant portal. Make sure you clearly describe the problem so we can take action as soon as possible.
Log in to your personal portal
Click on "notifications”
Click on "new" (green button)
Select your problem category
Describe the malfunction clearly and concisely
If possible, add a picture of the malfunction
Click on “send”
Homelets will process the report
If necessary, send additional messages via the generated report
Keep a close eye on the status of your report
