Homelets transfers the deposit to the landlord immediately after receipt, so we do not manage the deposit. After the contract has ended and the property has been approved, you will receive the deposit back into your account. It is possible that the landlord refunds the deposit himself or that the landlord instructs Pactum Vastgoed to do this, which varies by landlord.
