Homelets transfers the security deposit immediately after receipt to the landlord, which means we do not hold on to your deposit. After the tenancy agreement has been terminated and the property has been approved, you will receive the deposit back into your account. Each landlord has their own method: it is possible that the landlord will refund the deposit directly to you, or that they instruct Homelets to do this.
